Energy is the real message
Words are just the vehicle — prospects feel your emotional state more than they hear your script. Clean energy = trust, openness, and easier closes. Polluted energy = resistance, defensiveness, and stalled calls.
Sensation vs. Suffering
A major part of emotional mastery is not resisting what’s happening in your body.
When you resist a sensation (headache, tension, fear):
  • You’re wishing reality was different.
  • Resistance makes the intensity last longer.
  • The mind adds a story → which creates suffering.
When you simply notice the sensation:
  • Drop the label (“headache,” “anxiety,” “grief”).
  • Observe it as physical energy in the body.
  • Acknowledge it.
  • Give it permission to stay.
  • Give it permission to leave whenever ready.
This cuts suffering dramatically.
Suffering = Sensation × Resistance.
The less you resist, the faster emotions and headaches dissolve.
You can apply this to:
  • migraines
  • sadness
  • grief
  • anxiety
  • frustration
  • physical pain
Everything is just energy in the body until you add a story.
