What will hold your agencies back?
Getting clients is not that much hard , only you need to reachout to a few hundred prospects.
BUT!....
The real monster 👹enters the game when you onboard them .
And If you will lack the system you will be cooked bro , it is not very hard to lose clients
Waking up every single day , Don't know how you will bring result
And in that case ,forget that you will be focused on outreach or bringing some more money on the table
The thing is that if you are making unrealistic expectations 🤖 and if you will not stand on them there is no single Damn reason that clients will stay.
Focus on what you are selling🙏. I know it is very necessary to make your offer very valuable, But then what about the promises and guarantees which you gave them.
Media buying is not that much harder but ,Either go and work for someone to gain some practical knowledge or leveraging people for that
Leveraging people is so much time saving , And especially in SMMA in most cases you don't have much time to continue your outreach and it will become so overwhelming , if you are doing everything on your own.
