Hello everyone!! My name is Emmanuel and just started my insurance business as an independent contractor for a Financial Service Company given an opportunity to build a business. I need help attracting prospective clients interested in life insurance and I would also like to build a team of licensed insurance agents so I can scale my business. My biggest challenge is running after people to educate them on life insurance & investment. Another challenge is attracting the right recruits who are looking for a business opportunity and not a regular 9-5 job
