Bot saying: Asterisk Asterisk when describing details

When my voice bot starting to get into more detailed description of use cases for client for example, it keeps saying asterisk asterisk as it talks about different points. I have tried many different prompts but it seems to keep saying, anyone ran into that and was able to solve it?
