Most posture issues don’t come from a lack of exercises — they come from habits we repeat all day without noticing.
If you sit a lot, the key is to build a simple system:
• Notice when you’re slouching
• Open what’s tight (chest & shoulders)
• Strengthen what’s weak (upper back & neck)
• Repeat it daily, not perfectly
Mobility works best when it’s paired with awareness and consistency — especially as part of your warm-up, like many of you already do.
