With over 30 years in fitness, Pilates, performance, and corrective exercise, I bring experience that blends technique with real-life understanding of what the body needs through change, stress, and daily demands.
Workouts are short and effective, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes, designed so you can stay consistent and focused without it taking over your day. These sessions can stand alone or be stacked with other movement, depending on your time and energy.
You are not expected to do more, only to move with intention and show up in a way that supports how you want to feel.
