Stewed Chicken
This chicken is cooked in a flavorful pepper stew! There are so many different ways to prepare this dish: you can boil or air fry the chicken and you can also stew it on top of the stove. But today I am showing a simple and easy oven version so you don't have to spend too much time standing over the stove 😉
