💫 **Wisdom Worth Sharing: 10 Principles That Make You Magnetic to People**

One of my Personal core values is WISDOM**, and reading *How to Win Friends and Influence People* within our book club has been a real reminder of how timeless human connection truly is.

These pages (80–123) are pure gold, teaching the **art of LIKABILITY**, influence, and genuine relationships. ✨

💡 **10 Lessons & Actionables That Can Transform Your Relationships**

1️⃣ **Become genuinely interested in other people**People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.🎯 *Action:* Learn one personal detail about someone new every day, something that matters to them.

2️⃣ **Smile sincerely**A smile is your simplest, most powerful first impression.🎯 *Action:* Smile when you meet people, even on calls. It changes your tone and energy.

3️⃣ **Remember names, they’re the sweetest sound to anyone**🎯 *Action:* Use people’s names naturally in conversation. It shows respect and recognition. ( One's name is the sweetest Voice in their Ears)

4️⃣ **Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves**🎯 *Action:* Don’t interrupt, ask open-ended questions that invite stories.

5️⃣ **Talk in terms of the other person’s interests**🎯 *Action:* Before any chat, ask yourself: “What do they care about?”

6️⃣ **Make others feel important, and mean it**🎯 *Action:* Give one *sincere compliment* every day. Not flattery, but genuine appreciation.

7️⃣ **Avoid criticism, condemnation, or complaining**🎯 *Action:* When tempted to judge, pause and ask: “What can I understand first?”

8️⃣ **Give honest and sincere appreciation**🎯 *Action:* Send one message of gratitude weekly, a note, text, or voice message.

9️⃣ **Arouse in the other person an eager want**🎯 *Action:* Frame your ideas around *how it benefits them too.*

🔟 **See things from the other person’s point of view** 🎯 *Action:* In disagreements, restate their perspective first. It builds trust and opens minds.
