Family, I want to share something personal with you today, these are the goals I write every single day.

I’m not posting this to seek praise or validation. I’m sharing it because I deeply trust this community and the mission we are all on. We’re Impact Network, we are building something bigger than ourselves, and I believe I’m sharing this with the right people.

1. This is one of my core high-performance habits.Writing my goals every day has helped me stay centered, disciplined, and aligned with my vision. This amplifies last Super Saturday, when our Super Coach *Aaron* shared about the power of Habits over Routines, this hit me deeply. This isn’t just something I do, it’s a habit I’m intentionally building because top performers live by their habits. If you can adopt it too, it might change your clarity and consistency as much as it has changed mine.

2. I’m sharing this because I believe we’re on the same mission.We’re here to impact a million lives by 2030 by helping families acquire high-income skills they can turn into real income.Writing these goals keeps me focused on that mission daily. It’s my reminder that what we’re building here matters, and that my personal goals must align with the bigger vision.

3. This is my form of public accountability.Some of these goals are big. Some of them scare me.But that’s exactly why I’m declaring them publicly, because I want to stay accountable not only to myself, but also to my comrades on this journey.If I’m aiming high, I want others who just joined us or those still doubting to see that I am ALL IN.Aligned. Focused. Fully committed.

4. I’m doing this because I love this community.I genuinely appreciate every single person here, your energy, your ambition, your hunger to grow.If you have feedback, suggestions, or even better habits that I can adopt to grow faster and perform better, I welcome all of it with an open heart.We rise together. We sharpen each other.

At the end of the day, we’re not just learning skills here, we’re building a mindset, a culture, and a future that will impact millions.

These goals keep me aligned.

This community keeps me inspired.

And the mission keeps me moving.
