Attendee Expectations

Town Square calls are live spaces to connect with other purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

Before You Join

Check the calendar for time, duration, and what the call is about.
Show up on time. It matters. People notice when you're present.
Have your camera on (strongly encouraged). Connection happens when we can see each other, faces, presence, energy. If you need to stay off camera, that's okay, but just know that we invite and welcome presence.

During the Call

Be present. Put your phone away. Minimize other windows. Show up as yourself.
Respect everyone's time. If it's a group conversation, don't dominate. Leave space for others to share.
Listen deeply. You're here to know people and be known. That's the value.
Consent matters. If someone asks before recording, be honest about whether you're comfortable.
This is a safe container, honor that.

The Vibe

There's no "right" way to participate. Some people talk a lot. Some listen. Both are valuable.
Authenticity over polish. Show up as you are. Messy is real. Real connects.
You're safe here. This is a closed, intentional group of people who chose to be here.

After the Call

If a Call Feels Off

Facilitation is a skill people are learning. Some sessions will flow beautifully. Some will feel a little wobbly. That's normal. Stick around. Give it grace. You might meet someone who changes your path.

Bring your curiosity and your whole self.

Don't show up as the "entrepreneur" or the "coach" or the "expert",

show up as the human. That's who we want to know.
