Email marketing / content distribution: Substack - I really liked Beehiiv but it has no network effect, Substack has huge network effect - it's basically an email marketing platform combined into a social platform. You can also have video, audio, podcast, written, etc on Substack - it's a great content platform all around For further content distribution, Skool and YouTube: I'm using Skool for billing, selling, consolidating all my efforts into clean sections, also community. Youtube I think is a great backbone to host videos that can be then displayed in Skool. There's a very lite crm overlay to Skool too called Skoot CRM which is very helpful for tagging members and keeping track of them all. (picture below) Lastly, for running group calls, live webinars, etc - I'm using Skool - people have to join the community to attend the call, so that's a really useful way to build around your business.
Slant CRM also has a built-in meeting management / ai notetaker, etc - all context for each client/prospect is in one place
Skoot CRM for skool also has segmented onboarding messages - so based on what someone answered when they join (financial advisor, consultant, ops-people, advisortech, etc) I can automate a different welcome message
