Micro Daily Do: How to overcome Imposter Syndrome
You just landed a big opportunity, or maybe you're about to share your creative work with the world.
Instead of feeling excited, a voice in your head whispers:
"Who do you think you are?" "What if they find out you’re a fraud?"
This, my friend, is Imposter Syndrome, and guess what?
Even the most successful, talented, and seemingly confident people experience it.

Why Does Imposter Syndrome Show Up?
It often stems from:
✔ Perfectionism – Feeling like you’re never “ready” enough.
✔ Comparison – Seeing others ahead and assuming they must have something you don’t.
✔ New Levels, New Doubts – The more you grow, the more your brain tries to “protect” you from failure by making you doubt yourself.
Even Michelle Obama, Maya Angelou, and Einstein have spoken about feeling like imposters.
The difference?
They didn’t let it stop them.

Flip the Script
Next time imposter syndrome creeps in, do this simple exercise:
1️⃣ Pause & Name It
👉🏽 Instead of believing the thought, call it out: "Oh, that’s just imposter syndrome talking."
2️⃣ List 3 Wins
👉🏽 Write down three times you proved yourself wrong and succeeded. Big or small, they all count.
3️⃣ Reframe the Thought
👉🏽 Instead of "I’m not good enough," try: "I’m learning and growing, and that’s proof I belong here."
