Anti-RSD moment
Yesterday I noticed Rosie (my RSD) sticking her nose into my business and trying to bait me into a downhill misery trip. As soon as I felt myself starting to slip I told her to go away (not as politely as that 😉) and resolved to find time this weekend to work on the ACCEPT part of RAISE.
Now I simply need to squeeze approximately 7 more hours into each day in order to actually do that! Any tips on doing that will be tremendously appreciated 🙏 😅
