Howdy!
Hey everyone 👋I’m Frank Palomino, a CPA and firm owner based in Schertz, TX (San Antonio area).
What I do:
- I run a CPA firm serving cannabis dispensaries, boutique retail owners, and wellness entrepreneurs 🌿
- Most of my clients value collaboration, abundance, and building something intentional
Why I joined:
- Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 and learning how to work with my brain instead of fighting it
- Here to learn what’s actually working for other ADHD founders
- Looking to connect with people who elevate each other and implement
My biggest challenge right now:
- Sticking to structure and repetitive daily tasks 😵💫
- Not always knowing what I should be focusing on
- Delegation is hard because I default to being the problem solver, even when I shouldn’t
I’ve been a solopreneur for a long time, so I’m still figuring out leadership and systems that don’t feel rigid or boring.
