It's the start of a new week, which means it's a great time to think about one small way we can start changing our health for the better this week.💃🚶♀️
So what is one small change, or tweak, that you could incorporate into your life this week that would help elevate you towards your ultimate health and wellness goal?
This can be anything from:
- adding in some extra spices when you cook
- adding in an extra vegetable each day to one or more meals
- walking a few extra steps each day
- going to bed 15 minutes earlier
- turning off your devices sooner before bed
- drinking more water
- going outside for 15 minutes in the morning
For me, I'm going to work on incorporating more strength training each day. The plan is to add in 10 to 15 minutes. 💪
