Knowing vs Conveying Your Why
I just watched How Great Leaders Inspire Action by Simon Sinek, and it really landed for me.
I’ve always known my why. It’s clear to me.
But this helped me see something I hadn’t noticed before. Knowing your why and conveying your why are two different things.
This perspective helped me slow down and rethink how I’m sharing what matters to me. Not changing my why. Just communicating it more clearly.
I wanted to pass this along in case it helps you the way it helped me today.
If you watch it, notice what stands out for you.
Sometimes one small shift in perspective makes everything feel more aligned.
