New goals don’t deliver new results. New lifestyles do.
And a lifestyle isn’t an outcome. It's a process — built one habit at a time.
With a new year beginning and resolutions everywhere, I want to gently reframe something.
Goals matter, yes.
But goals don’t create change on their own.
Without habits to support them, they’re just wishes.
The real work — and the real progress — lives in what we repeat consistently.
So here’s the reflection for today:
"What new habit do you want to put in place to support something that matters to you in 2026?"
That habit might look like:
- Committing to a realistic, repeatable workout schedule
- Creating a simple weekly or monthly budgeting habit
- Setting aside one specific time each month to work on acro lesson planning
- Scheduling planning or recovery time into your calendar ahead of time, instead of leaving it to “when you have energy”
Tell us the habit you’re choosing to build this year.
Not the result you want, but the process you’re willing to practice. 💜
