On the road to riches…
A dependable road is BECOMING VALUABLE…
Do ya know what is just as dependable, but way faster?
Especially in times of inflation…
Knowing how to get CONTROL or Ownership of SOMETHING valuable for far, far less than it’s worth or on outstanding terms.
Example:
I got control of land…for $15k,1/4 the market value (I didn’t even need my own capital)…
I sold it 2 days later for $45,000.
I had about $5k in expenses that came out AFTER the sale.
(I made in 2 days what took me 2 years to make in the U.S. Navy.)
Same thing I’m doing with Intellectual Property, newsletters, communities and other digital properties...
...I flip or cashflow.
This is the stuff they don’t dare teach in public schools.
We need lawyers and doctors and stuff…
But the lawyer at my title office went to college for 8 years ish…
He made $1200 on a transaction and I a HS grad made THIRTY THREE TIMES that.
Plus…
It doesn’t require clients.
And no pimping myself out for the algos.
