I am a lifelong learner and educator with 30 plus years of experience working in private and sector education. I spent the majority of my professional career in Air Force Education and Training, laddering from a Guidance Counselor position to the executive level Chief of Education and Training role. After retiring from the Department of Defense, I served in full-time faculty and leadership roles to include Academic Dean, Director of Education, Interim Campus President, and finally in my current role as an online Adjunct Associate Professor. I love teaching, training, accreditation, and compliance. After observing an AI generated video created by another instructor, I took a deep dive into learning as much as I could about AI. Wow, I am in love with the possibilities! As one who embraces bridging learning gaps, I plan to specialize in AI-enhanced instructional processes and systems that enrich diverse learning style experiences.
