I am a lifelong learner and educator with 30 plus years of experience in private and public sector education. I spent the majority of my professional career in Air Force Education and Training, laddering from a Guidance Counselor position to the executive level Chief of Education and Training role. After retiring from the Department of Defense, I served in full-time faculty and leadership roles including Academic Dean, Interim Campus President, and finally in my current role as an online Adjunct Associate Professor. I am passionate about training, automation, and compliance. Last year, I I took a deep dive into learning as much as I could about AI, earning several specializations. Wow, I am in love with the possibilities! As one who embraces bridging digital gaps, I plan to specialize in AI-enhanced instruction, training, tools, workflow, and governance issues addressed by faculty, higher education administrators, and L&D professionals.
