Yo, another post from my side.
This time I’m talking about something that’s not really obvious at first—but becomes super clear once you feel it.
Your nutrition directly affects your motivation.
So yeah, let’s get into it.
When I first started with business and self-improvement, I was always tired. Always unmotivated. I didn’t feel disciplined. And I kept thinking it was just a mindset thing.
Like, “Bro, just push through.”
“Just do it.”
“You gotta want it more.”
But honestly? That doesn’t work long term. Not if your body isn’t on your side.
You Can’t Mindset Your Way Out of Low Energy
Telling an unmotivated person to “just be motivated” is like telling a tired person to “just have more energy.”
It makes no sense.
That’s when I realized—it’s not always a mindset problem. Sometimes it’s your inputs. Your habits. Your fuel.
For me, that meant changing my nutrition.
What I Did That Actually Helped
I started eating better. Like real food.
• 4 eggs a day
• More beef
• Less processed food
• More fruit
• Watching when and how I ate carbs
• Cutting down on wheat and junk carbs
• Paying attention to how I felt after meals
That’s when things started shifting.
I had more energy. I could actually focus. I felt like working. And I actually wanted to do the hard things.
It’s Also Probably Linked to Testosterone
Let’s be honest. You feel more like a beast when your hormones are dialed.
And what you eat plays a big role in your testosterone. If your diet is garbage, it’s gonna be really hard to show up with that “let’s f***ing go” energy every day.
Good food = better hormones = more drive. Simple.
When That Clicked, Everything Got Better
Once I cleaned up my nutrition—like 2 or 3 months into business—things really started to work.
I could focus. I could grind. I felt good.
I started making more money.
I started feeling better overall.
And I actually enjoyed the work because I wasn’t battling fatigue all day.
So yeah, if you're feeling stuck, lazy, tired—look at your food. Track it. Change it. Clean it up.
Motivation isn’t always about discipline. Sometimes it’s just about getting your body right first.
Short post. But hope it helps.
Peace.
