You have lots of things that you want to do, but you don't know which one to do, and that's what creates anxiety. The opposite of that is sadness, where you just don't know any path. It's a very different feeling. If you feel that way, it just means you need to make an order. You have to force rank and say what is most important to me; everything else comes second to that. You have to make that order for yourself because it gives you clarity. Once you have clarity, then you can make decisions around an outcome.
