Like I'd be in Hawaii, he'd be in Washington, and we would each be at a gym. What we would do is run their marketing, then we would do the sales in their gym, then we would let them keep the customer. Essentially, what we did is we decided to just package that up and say let's just teach them how to do it because flying out to people was just insanely operationally messy. A gym owner at that point in time had an average income of eighteen thousand dollars a year, and they would make an extra thirty thousand dollars on average in their first month with us. What we had cracked is we cracked Facebook marketing for gym owners before anybody else did; that's really what we did, and that's why people saw such great results. We were able to get them cash up front, and they were used to burning cash for two months to get a customer and then hoping that they could keep that customer on the back end. Sidebar, most customers leave at month three, so they're not recouping their cash at the beginning, and they're not recouping on the back end. We were able to get them all that cash up front and then even teach them how to keep them longer. That's why it worked so well; it was just an absolute rule for them.
