Alex Hormozi's $1,000,000 Objection Handling Secret
Learnt this from Alex Hormozi, so good in fact that just within the first call of using it, helped me land a $5,000 deal
So just to summarize the whole process & make it super simple
A - Acknowledge
- Validate their objection
"yeah it's just a lot of money"
You: Yeah I get that its a lot of money for you, especially if you have a wife & two kids. I totally get that"
A - Associate
- Associate the, supposedly, negative objection with a positive trait
- Acts as a pattern interrupt
"Yeah I don't know I don't think it would be a right fit for me"
You: Yeah totally I completely understand that you think that (Acknowledge). You remind me just like our past clients who weren't interested at all at first for several reasons, but now they're on the company's best partners. It would make sense if you think about it since XYZ ABC EFG (Associate)
alternatively...
You: Yeah it's good you need time to think about it, I wouldn't want you to buy from me without an informed decision. The only way you make a good decision is first by getting information & taking time to weigh the pros & cons. So good on you for doing that Bobby.
A - Ask
- Never ask a question you don't already know the answer to
- Ask them a question to dig deeper into why they previously had that concern/question
"Yeah I just really need to talk to my Yeti in my Batman cave & think about it"
You: Yeah I totally get that that, I wouldn't want you to make a decision on your own I want you to consult the important people in your life with such an important decision for the rest of your career. You remind me just like all our Yeti owners, they too had the same concern of wanting to go over it with their Yeti's first, funny enough, they're actually the ones who get the most progress in our program. Let me ask you this just so I know what to expect if your Yeti has any questions, do you think your Yeti will support you on your journey to achieve XYZ ABC EFG?
