Welcome to Academia. Start with one project idea and leave with a clearer next move. The community is free, and you do not need construction experience to begin.
Your first 10 minutes
Follow the story inside the open Toolkit
Each episode gives you a decision, a small task, a checkpoint and a direct link onward. Keep the work in one project folder. You can do it in short sessions; there is no streak to lose.
Use AI as your practice partner
Try ChatGPT or another assistant to question assumptions, compare supplied information or role-play a client. The lesson prompts help you do the thinking. Verify suggestions against actual sources; use fictional or redacted information. AI is optional.
Know what “next” means
Continue through the open Toolkit without waiting for likes. Then build your Home Improvement and Home Performance foundations, move into Real Estate and Property Additions, and bring those skills into the Sales Final Capstone. The two recertification courses are specialist paths; ask which fits your role.
Course cards show the current access requirement. Skool points come from likes on useful posts and comments, not automatically from lesson or quiz completion. Community level and demonstrated learning are different. Complete the actual assessments and practical requirements shown in each course.
A lock should never leave you guessing
In Mission 01, comment “ACCESS HELP” with the course name, what you completed and what the screen says. Tag Jose Urdaneta using Skool’s mention picker. We can review the issue; access changes are not automatic. Continue the open Toolkit while waiting. Make the community useful
Share one decision and the evidence behind it. Help a peer with one specific question or next step. If something is confusing, tell us exactly where—the levels and requirements are still being refined, and your feedback helps improve them.
