🌕May 1 Full Moon — This One’s Not Soft
I don’t know who needs to hear this but

this full moon does not feel gentle.
Like at all.
This isn’t a “light a candle, journal your dreams, call it a night” kind of moon.
This feels like ablow the shit up so you can’t ignore it anymore kind of moon.
And I know people love to make everything sound calm and magical but

this one feels spicy.
A little chaotic.A little confrontational.Very “we’re not sweeping this under the rug again.”
And I’ll be honest

this hit me yesterday in a way that I couldn’t even pretend to miss.
Like full on—
something I have tolerated for way too longshowed up again
loudobviousand honestly
 kind of bold
like a “one last attempt to see if this still works on you” type of energy.
And old me?
Would’ve overthought ittried to smooth it outexplained it awaymaybe even taken responsibility for it somehow
But this version of me just sat there like


are you serious right now?
Not triggered.Not spiraling.
Just very aware.
Like oh
 I see exactly what this is now.
And I think that’s what this full moon is doing.
It’s not here to bring you peace.
It’s here to show you what you’ve been toleratingin a way that you can’t unsee.
So if something feels like it’s coming up again

or pushing your buttons

or making you go “what the actual fuck is this”

it’s probably not random.
It’s showing you:
are you actually done with this?or do you still have a part of you that will accept it?
Because here’s the uncomfortable part—
you can’t step into a version of yourself that has boundariesand still entertain the same dynamics that required you to have none.
Like
 it just doesn’t work.
Something has to give.
And usually?
It’s the dynamic.
Or the access.
Or the version of you that kept saying “it’s fine” when it wasn’t.
So where are you still:overgivingoverexplainingkeeping the peacebiting your tongue
even though your body is like

yeah no, we’re not doing this anymore.
And if you’re feeling a little more reactive than usual right now?
Good.
(Not in a go burn your life down way
 relax 😅)
But in a—
your tolerance level is dropping kind of way.
And that’s not you being “too much.”
That’s you finally being done.
This version of you isn’t here to fight.
She’s just not available.
And that hits way harder than reacting ever did.
You don’t need a big ritual for this.
You don’t need to make it pretty.
Just be honest with yourself:
what am I still tolerating that I already know I’m done with?
And when it shows up again (because it will)

watch how you respond.
That’s the real shift.
Because sometimes things come back one last time

not to stay—
but to show you you’ve actually outgrown them.
And yeah

it might feel a little chaotic right now.
But it’s not chaos for no reason.
It’s clarity
 just louder than usual.
