🐾 Hi everyone!

I'm Lori Anne, and I'm so happy to be here!

I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about who I am and what I do.

I've spent much of my life working with dogs, from veterinary clinics and dog daycare facilities to dog walking, training, and advanced behavior modification.

And if there's one thing all those years have taught me, it's that dogs are so much more than the behaviors we see. ❤️

Over the years, I've met so many wonderful dog owners who genuinely love their dogs but are exhausted, frustrated, and sometimes even embarrassed by their behavior.

They've tried the classes. They've practiced the commands. They've followed the advice.

And yet, they're still struggling.

That's a big part of why I created The Calm Connected Canine.

I wanted to offer something different. A place where dog owners feel heard, where we look beyond the barking, pulling, jumping, or reactivity and start understanding WHY those behaviors are happening.

Because I truly believe that when we change how we understand our dogs, we can change how we live with them.

Today, I work with dog owners virtually, helping them navigate everyday challenges and build calmer, happier relationships with their dogs.

My approach is built around one simple philosophy:

I'm not here to tell anyone they need to spend hours every day training their dog. I'm here to help make everyday life with their dog easier and more enjoyable.

I'm also a small business owner who understands how much heart, hard work, and dedication goes into building something you believe in.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning about your businesses, and supporting one another along the way!

And of course, I'm always happy to talk dogs! 🐶💕
