What level are you on?
Barbering has levels, just like any real career.
Not everyone should climb them all.
The goal isn’t ego growth.
It’s intentional growth.
Level 1: The Student
Level 2: The New Barber
Level 3: The Solid Barber
Level 4: The Successful Barber
Level 5: The Shop Owner
Level 6: The Brand Builder
Level 7: Industry Shaper
Most barbers stall at Level 3.
The smart ones reach Level 4 and decide what they actually want.
Reaching Level 4 doesn’t mean you made it.
It means you unlocked options.
The mistake isn’t stopping.
The mistake is climbing levels you never wanted.
