Hey everyone I’m Youssef, I’m in the process of building an appointment-setting / hiring agency and learning how to scale it properly. Coming from a CS background, so I’m trying to approach this from a systems/automation angle as well. Also working on improving my closing skills. If anyone here is already on a similar path, I’d love to hear what you found hardest in the beginning.
