Bulk invite query
Hey, I recently imported a CSV of 2191 contacts and sent them a bulk invite to our Private Skool Community (Relentless Community). Now, currently, we have 3 different courses and I wanted these 2191 contacts to have access to just 1 of these courses, so I also selected the “give access to this particular course” option and then hit "sent". Now, upon doing so I got a flood of pending membership requests from the same people I had invited. So does this now mean, I’ll have to manually give access to each one of them…? Is there a way to automate this? Also, I don’t see any pending invites, so how do I know how many people have actually joined the community via the bulk invite link? And is there a way to see how many total members are there in each of these courses individually? Like, how many members have access to course 1, how many have access to course 2, and so on? It would be great if you could answer these questions @Sid Sahasrabuddhe @Sam Ovens

Hey @Sid Sahasrabuddhe , thanks for letting me know about the "giving them access in bulk" feature, that helps. But it still does not resolve the core problem completely. The members are still ending up in the admin duties for approval. No, I did not send them the Skool Group URL. I sent them bulk invites by importing the CSV and giving them access to that particular course. Also, I am aware about how to find the pending invites, but it's not showing up for the CSV imports. I can see all the ast pending invites and the few new ones too (that I had sent individually) but I cannot see the pending invites for the CSV contacts. Please let me know if you guys can fix this.

Hey @Sid Sahasrabuddhe , I realised the email template that I was using to import the CSV was incorrect. So this time I followed the template mentioned in the instructions but it's still not working. Like I still don't see those new pending invites and am still having to give them mannual access Also, last time I had received an email from Skool sayig that the process was complete. This time I haven't received any such email. Please let me know how we can fix this.
