Needed more background images so I vibe coded a tool for it. This takes image references and creates multiple background images for me. Works for custom graphics too. And now adding motion animations that we can paste into HighLevel background sections. Pretty cool stuff. Btw I built this today. Btw btw it's not for sale, it's mainly for my creative love of the game. Fun times. Onwards, G

🔵 4 AI Business Models For 2026
These 4 AI business models are huge right now. And the old models are struggling. (check image below) "Done for you" and his 2 sibblings are silently wondering what's happening in the market... Your offers in 2026 won't just be about the levels of access to you. Done for you (DFY), done with you (DWY), and do it yourself (DIY). You have to look beyond that old mindset. AI created a whole new market. DWAI. "Done With AI" This is 1 model, not 3 different ones. AI can and will continue to master more and more of the manual labor economy. So now the "levels" become more about: - How many AI solutions that can do this FOR them - How VALUABLE are those solutions for them - And how much support do they get from you (your time) Make sense? You're no longer selling "hard work" or effort. You're going back to what business should've always been about: Getting paid for solving problems. Doesn't matter if it's you or AI. The question is who's better. And there's no human on this planet that can process millions of data points in seconds, and keep up with the quality of AI. And who's faster? If you can create an AI solution that gets them results in seconds, why would they pay more to wait 1-2 weeks? If AI is good (and it is), everyone's going to want DWAI. Done asap, with AI. The "gap" and where you're coming in is connecting the dots between the power of AI and implementation of niche-specific solutions. Let's dive into the 4 models: - Vibe Coding: Create a MVP saas that helps a specific person get a specific outcome. The more stickier the better, as people pay recurring revenue for recurring value. AI builds 99% of your Saas, and you can hire a dev to "complete" the back-end for you to get over the finish line (or ask AI how to do it). - Vibe Services: What used to take you months or years to learn, you can now learn in a weekend, and what you spent weeks creating, can now be created for you with AI Agents. (think AI voice, AI funnels, AI workflows etc). Businesses spend lots of money getting help with AI.

@Suzette Bradley Yes that is what I am thinking. I do have 2 types of audience, coaches and digital creators and small business owners. For n8n, I am thinking of small business owners as I do websites ans landing pages for them using HL.
🔵 "Mental Freedom" & Making More from 1 Business in 2026
Would you say you feel "mentally-free" in your business? If not, this can help. Just had this "aha moment, and wanted to share (nothing for sale here) Too many people are stuck in their business because they're too glued to 1 specific "model". "I'm a coach" they say. "I'm a funnel builder". "I'm a freelancer". All labels that society has submitted to you. What if that limits your potential impact (and income) What if you're none of those "things"? What if you're simply on a mission to help as many people as possible achieve something you're passioned about. Health. Wealth. Relationships. Whatever it is for you. Own your obsession. Be weirdly you. And don't "box" yourself into just 1 specific thing. Why am I telling you this right now? Because we're almost at the end of 2025 and a lot of people are starting to plan out their goals for next year... And they're setting targets around their "business model". "I want to hit 10k pm in the next 90 days" or "I want to hit 50k pm in 2026" But what if you didn't have to "shift" your entire business, or do anything dramatic at all... What if you already have your "next level" inside you? I believe you do. All you need is to create additional offers. That's it. No fancy business plan or complex systems. Just a list of offers you can sell to people when it's a good fit. Take my offers for example: 1. I build funnels for people in the info space. 2. I then consult people 1 on 1 how to scale their info offer. 3. Finally I teach people how to do the same in 2 of my programs: People scaling their own offers, and a "biz opp" offer where ppl get paid to build funnels for clients in the info space. See the pattern? The market is "info", or education if you will. My passion is learning new things, all day every day. And all the offers "flow" well together. Sometimes I do "done-for-you" elements in the info space. Sometimes I do "done-with-you" if that's what a person needs (and budget allows)

Question about template
Hi, in the course, Gusten mentioned "just give free templates" a lot. I do have a GHL account, but what if the lead doesn't have a GHL account? How do I still give free templates if they don't have a GHL account? Should I offer the $97/month version of my own GHL?

So if your free templates are in HL, then you would want to find someone who has HL or is willing to sign up using your affiliate link. Or the person should sign up under your agency account but paid for it.
