Hey Shreddys, We’re already midway through Week 2, and I’ve got a question for you: What healthy diet are you following? Let’s make one thing clear — one diet is not a one-size-fits-all solution. What works for me might not work for you, and that’s completely fine. We are not pushing Meat and Fruit. Some people think it’s required — it is not. That’s just what’s worked for me, Rebecca, and a few others. We include fruit for carbs, so it’s not real carnivore. I just call it “Meat and Fruit.” But again, it’s just one approach. At the end of the day, the most sustainable diet is the one where you hit your macros on your Evolt sheet consistently. That’s the goal. What diet or eating style are you using to stay on track?
