Looking for a teammate in Mexico to help eachother

Let's say you make enough to afford leaving in a nice house, with a swimming pool and more space than you actually need. Instead of looking for someone who has a nice place, you could just invite friends to your place (I actually did this yesterday, it was 5 guys and 25-30 girls). Would you say that this figures as leading with money? Would it be a bad thing in your opinion? What happened yesterday is that everyone that was arriving was coming to me (nice social proof) to say hello, thanks, or just for quick intro (like a friend invited more girls, and while they were coming he was introducing them to me). What do you think about it?

It was a blast. Were at my swimming pool. 5 guys, 30 girls at peak moment. About logistics... I started inviting on wednesday. Not really cold invites on IG this time, but girls I had the contact from tinder or clubs. My friends invited a few too. Then pretty much every girl came with 2-5 friends. We told everyone it would start at 2PM, so people would start coming around 3:30-4pm We had music, alcohol, some soft dirnks some snacks. What I did wrong and what I learned - I should have got everyone's IG while they were arriving, and making sure they would follow me - I should have planned some cool pics before, I have some but none of them are special - I better avoid being in stories 1-to-1 with a single girl for their social, as other girls get pissed about it ahahahha - I should raise my monthly budget to plan and do more events like these, it was a blast and it's a great way to meet new girls, and consolidate on the ones you already know Since It was my place, everyone was introduced to me. Everyone was looking for me, I was definitely the centre of the attention. A few girls complained that it was too many women, and no guys, but never left. Also those were the hornier by the end of the night and ended up staying with us until very late (almost everyone left around 9PM). I had a 3-4 girls competing for my attention. Literally hugging and grabbing me. One even exaggerated and was actually touching me a lot (which is not the best since the other girls may think you are together). Already planning the next steps. Table in a club tomorrow night. Swimming pool again on sunday.
