Hi sir, I am Ujaan. I have improved a lot by watching your videos but I think I can improve more. I am currently studying 5 hours and practising questions. Feeling lost
I have just joined medical school 2.5 months ago, I went through midterms which I had a bad mark from my point of view 20/26. I don’t even know how to adjust my schedule for studying and this makes me depressed and anxious, also guilty. If someone wills to suggest how to overcome these I will be thankful really 🥹💔

You should try the Eisenhower matrix and you should turn on grayscale mode on ur phone which will force your brain to stop consuming content. I would also recommend you to use Thea , where you will get study guides, flashcards and quizzes
