Here’s a simple morning rhythm to help you stay grounded: Morning Devotional Rhythm 1. Pray — Start With SurrenderTake a few minutes to invite God in: “Lord, shape my heart today. Lead my thoughts, guide my words, and help me love like You.” 2. Read — Get into the Bible. Choose a chapter, a verse, or a short passage. Let Scripture set your mindset before anything else does. 3. Journal — Use the S.O.A.P. Method S — Scripture: Write the verse that stood out. O — Observation: What is happening in this passage? What does it mean? A — Application: How does this apply to your marriage, your emotions, or your choices today? P — Prayer: Write a short prayer responding to what God showed you.
