What Day Is It?!!! It's Fantastic Faith In Farms Freebie Friday!!!
Happy Friday, Holistic Family! Here is this weeks Faith in Farms Recipe Club goodie for the weekend, enjoy and power up! Fig & Date Energy Bites 6 oz. (170g) dried figs 4 oz. (115g) medjool dates, pitted 4 tbsp. natural almond butter 2 oz. (60g) rolled oats 4 tbsp. ground flaxseed meal 1 tsp. vanilla extract What you need to do: 1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor. 2. Begin by pulsing a few times to loosely combine the ingredients. 3. Pause and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl, making sure everything is well-mixed. 4. Continue blending and pulsing for about 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture begins to clump together and sticks to the sides of the bowl. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure even mixing. 5. Once the mixture is well-blended and holds together, it's time to shape it into energy bites. 6. Portion out the mixture and roll into 18 bite-sized balls. 7. Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 18...Enjoy! NEW FEATURE: Holistic Resources!
I previously mentioned changes happening in the group, especially the classroom section. We just added a Holistic Resources section in the classroom loaded with valuable content! We'll be adding a few more new sections in the classroom and adding some rewards too! When we are all done, we will make a formal announcement and create a new video explaining everything. For now, this is the next benefit to this group we are releasing now. Attached are screenshots of what we have inside the resources section. In order to gain access to this new course, you must be a level 2 member. In order to level up, you need to earn points. You earn points when someone likes your comments. I am VERY generous with handing out likes/points. If you see someone's comment you like, reply to them and like their comment. Most likely that will trigger a return like/point. Many of you are already at level 2 and now have immediate access to the Holistic Resources Section! Curious About Your Level? Here’s How to Check! Head over to our leaderboard page to see your current level! There, you'll spot a badge with a number next to your profile picture – that number is your current level. To the right of your picture, you'll also see all the levels you can achieve through your posts and interactions, along with the exciting prizes you’re working toward! Here’s how it works: Skool Points - Points: You earn points each time a community member likes your posts or comments. 1 like = 1 point. This encourages quality content and engaging with others! Levels - As your points grow, so does your level! Your current level is displayed at the bottom right of your avatar, while the points needed for the next level are visible under your avatar on your profile page. Here’s a quick look at what it takes to level up: - Level 1 – 0 points - Level 2 – 5 points - Level 3 – 20 points - Level 4 – 65 points - Level 5 – 155 points - Level 6 – 515 points - Level 7 – 2,015 points - Level 8 – 8,015 points - Level 9 – 33,015 points

A Dose of Truth in A World of Deception: Seed Oils & Heart Disease
We have been born into a deceptive world. Yet, we live in amazing times. We have been manipulated and deceived for SO LONG, yet we're here and alive today, witnessing the mass awakening to the truth. This is a VERY special time to be alive in human history. We are part of the Great Awakening! Stay away from seed oils! You want healthy fats, which are typically solid at room temp when unrefined and pure. The exception is olive oil, which is liquid at room temp. Clean, organic fats from ghee, butter, lard, tallow, coconut, olive and avocado oils. Avocado industry has serious issues, being mostly in Mexico. It is a heavily commercialized industry. I try to stay away from avocado oil for that one reason. Otherwise, they contain the healthy fats. Better to eat the avocado instead of using the oil to get your fats. The Holistic American Blog: A Holistic Guide to Wellness
We've decided to post the weekly Holistic American Blog on Mondays to start the week off right! This week...... A Holistic Guide to Wellness: Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit In today’s fast-paced world, achieving a true sense of wellness requires more than just physical health. It calls for a holistic approach — one that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit in balance. Holistic wellness recognizes that each part of our being is interconnected, and only by addressing the whole can we unlock our fullest potential for health, happiness, and personal growth. Mind: Cultivating Mental Clarity and Emotional Balance Our mental and emotional states shape our perception of the world. Achieving holistic wellness begins with cultivating a healthy mind. Here are a few ways to support your mental and emotional health: Daily Mindfulness Practice Simple techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or mindful walks can help quiet mental chatter and reduce stress. Spending just 10 minutes a day in stillness can significantly boost mental clarity. Positive Self-Talk Replace self-critical thoughts with empowering affirmations. Positive thinking nurtures resilience and emotional well-being. Emotional Release Techniques Practices like journaling, creative expression, or somatic therapy allow you to process and release emotions instead of holding them in. When the mind is calm and focused, you're better equipped to make healthier choices and respond to life's challenges with grace. Body: Honoring Physical Health and Vitality A healthy body is the foundation of wellness. Holistic health isn’t about strict diets or punishing workouts — it’s about honoring your body and treating it with love and care. Balanced Nutrition Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and clean proteins. Listen to your body’s cues, and strive for a balanced, sustainable approach to eating. Move with Joy Exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore. Whether it’s yoga, dancing, walking, or strength training, find movement that brings you joy and integrates seamlessly into your lifestyle.
