Why most folks have business backwards
This might be the most important business video I've ever watched - even though it's not about business. What IS it about then? Every failure and frustration I've had in business can be traced back to one thing. Conventional thinking. Thinking the same way as everyone else... doing the same crap as them... hoping for a miraculous result they're not getting. I could give you my list of biggest lessons from this video but that won't help ya. Watch the video and tell us your biggest a-ha moments. 👇 = = = = = Travis taught me how to reverse the handlebars on offers. My newest offer is "Can we PAY YOU to turn your book into AI tools?" This is the exact opposite of what everyone else does. They ask authors to pay them. I offer to pay authors. They saddle authors with new work and new headaches. I take work off their plate and give them money. They beg authors to buy. I have authors chasing me. Does it work? I'm working out partnership deals with 2 publishers... both have published a bunch of authors. Much higher leverage than connecting with authors one at a time. 👉 Publisher A - just had me on his podcast Monday. And invited me to Charleston to do AI tool demos for 50-60 of his clients and friends. Hasn't even seen how I write book chapters with AI yet. 👉 Publisher B - A friend just introduced us on FB this morning. Our first Zoom call is tomorrow morning. = = = = = Reversing the handlebars is what makes an IRRESISTIBLE NEW PLAN. When you have an irresistible new plan that you can say in a short, simple sentence... like... "Can I pay you to turn your book into AI tools?"... people chase you. = = = = = Comment below 👇 What insights did you get from the video? What offers do you want to make irresistible?

@Jim Niswonger it can't be that hard or is it? ;) I rode a bike when I was minus 6 months old; ) Who needs solid handle bars, just keep moving it, you have to feel the bike I think;)
Ben Settle on 'Preselling'....
Ben wrote an email regarding the reasons he won't allow affiliates to sell his books (which are expensive), and here's his MAIN reason: "I preach to the already-initiated, and not the uninitiated in my advertising. And because of that, my sales letters do not appeal to, and my offers are not-at-all suitable for, anyone not already on my list, sold “on” me, and who does not know me or is at least somewhat familiar with how I operate, think, and do things." I'd say that's a pretty good definition of 'Preselling'...or rather, the fact that he'll only offer his books to those who are already 'Pre-sold' on himself, his way of doing things, and his products. NOTE: His books are usually priced from about $600 up to $1,100 or more. And he sells plenty of them. I spoke with Ben on the phone for over an hour a while back, and I'll try to pass along some of the gems from that conversation, if anybody's interested.

Amazing, makes sense, thats why it often doesnt work copying other people their tactics, funnelhacking comes to mind; )
A.I. + Licensing + 5Ps = Recurring Royalty Income
I've got a library of video content going back to 2014. One of the things I'm excitedly focused on is using AI to repurpose the content into books, courses, membership programs and so much MORE! I am blown away by what Claude AI, Perplexity, and POE AI can create that I can monetize with the licensing model. 👍There are endless licensing money machines to build using A.I. 👀I believe MARRYING AI and Licensing gives birth to the most stress-free income babies ever born! If you don't have content of your own? There are heaps of coaches, consultants, content creators, experts, and business owners with a fortune in IP just "sitting under their mattresses." ...without the know-how or time to monetize it. How interested would you be in me talking more about AI and royalty payments? 🖕1= I'd rather spend a weekend at my mother-in-law's than use AI to earn royalties. 👍10= I'd spend a weekend with my mother-in-law to learn more! Avoid the Pitch Slap
There’s nothing wrong with a “pitch”. Where would we be if nobody “popped the question” on one knee? It’s a matter of timing and sequencing. Pop too soon, “Hello. Would you like to make a baby with me?”, and you’re a buffoon. Wait too long… And the girl/guy gets away. Now… In sales… This is LESS about timing and more about sequencing. You can go from cold to sold in 3 months or 3 minutes… IF you nail the sequence that creates demand. When you become practiced in the sequence… Your create demand ON DEMAND mojo rises. You create opportunities on demand. Then YOU choose from a cornucopia of choices. You become the CHOOSER! You make the rules. You set your own prices without regard to the competition who are forced to lower prices because they don’t have enough opportunity to choose from. In the book I talk about the most critical thing that needs to happen before the pitch. “Never pitch your prahdukt before they’re presold on the plan.” This keeps you out of the buffoon zone of pitching too soon. I’m wondering if you’d like to go deeper? On creating demand on demand? On enjoying the freedom of a chooser with an over abundance of opportunity? Rooting for Ya, Travis
