Is this a Good story post?
Hey guys I just finished writing a story post designed to get me Leeds and I was hoping some of you would take a look at it and let me know what I could improve Thanks in advance Title: I HATED MYSELF until I learned This! Post: I was ambitious but lazy I would tell myself that I would work very hard on my youtube channel when i got home from work. However, I would always end up lying to myself and say that I was being productive by learning from YouTube tutorials, while numbing the pain of my failure by indulging in fast food and beer that would always make me feel terrible. My dream of being a youtuber and travelling the world was slowly dying. I Knew i needed to change and that change started with this: ✅ 1. I realized that there is no right strategy that doesn’t involve posting and learning from failure. You can write out as many perfect plans as you want, but until you have the context of experience and the pain of failure it’s all worthless. So I started posting videos that were bad, and what do you know? I gained subscribers and learned how to make better videos! How about that!? ✅ 2. The second thing I needed to fix in order to keep achieving this was learning to BE OK WITH FEELING BAD and acting regardless! You will waste your life waiting for motivation to come and save you. Everyone has it backwards Motivation comes after action not before Your ability to work without feeling like it will determine how successful you are in life, period! Once I understood this I was able to go farther in the 3 months than I ever could in 5 years! My channel grew by 100 subs in 3 months and I built a vibrant skool community where I can help others defeat procrastination just like I have. ✅ 3. But The most important thing I have learned from this journey by far is that self hatred and shame are your enemy! Shame says I AM Wrong therefore I can’t change. Shaming yourself for the past is unacceptable and will cause you to doubt yourself and never break free from your current situation. This is unacceptable.
