Everyone check in!

Hello TTS Friends! I was able to wake up today at 5:30am!!!! Extremely happy to say the least. Did my prayers, scripture reading and ended with reflection. After went to the gym at 8am had a smoothie and got home to make an egg omelet but had my cheat item of 3 homemade butter flour tortillas. I’ve done so good and I was able to be okay with that and not feel bad. I just had a table spoon of carrot cake too. And man I tell you guys I see my body changing but most important my mind! 🙏💪🏼❤️
