The Drifting Leader - Leads from good intentions but lacks vision and discipline.They want everyone to feel good, but without direction, the team loses momentum. Drifting leaders are kind, but inconsistent and they confuse peace with passivity. 3. The Devoted Leader - Leads from love and conviction.They care deeply and act decisively.They create environments of trust where truth can live.They aren’t driven by fear or ego, but by the desire to see others flourish. *AWARENESS IS THE NAME OF THE LEADERSHIP GAME. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND YOU WILL LEAD WITH HEALTH.
