Hi everyone. I have a question. On form W-8BEN Part II attached, there is the tax treaty benefits claim. My question is, if I own an american LLC, I won't pay income tax in the US, I'm not US trade or business, since i'll do e-commerce from my home country and i don't have inventory in the US, but between my home country and the US there is not a tax treaty, how should i file Part II ? Hi everyone, On the IRS page for ecommerce businesses, it states that non-store retailers (essentially ecommerce businesses) do not have a specific code. Instead, you are required to use the principal business code corresponding to the primary type of goods you sell. In my case, this would be apparel. However, I also plan to sell electronics and other products. What would be the appropriate code in this situation, or how should I proceed? I am referring specifically to filling out Form 5472, Part 1, Sections 1d and 1e. Thank you as always—you’re the best!

Hi everyone, from the youtube channel is talked a lot that , Wyoming has pass through taxation, so non-US residents don't pay income taxes. This applys only if between the US and the other country ( my country of residence) there is a tax treaty or it applys even without any tax treaty between the two countries ? Thank you, appreciated
