Free --> Low Ticket --> High Ticket
Question for coaches that have free, low ticket, and high ticket offers -- How many of you have three separate communities for each offer? More often, we just see one free community and one paid community.. but how about having three tiers and having a community for each? Was thinking about this more after seeing the coaching call for Sam's Art School, and seeing as he has three communities for each offer, I was wondering why it isn't a more popular model.

Are you prepared for the new affiliate feature?
Skool's new affiliate feature opens up a brand new way to make money on Skool like you've never seen before. Soon you'll be able to make more monthly recurring income just by sharing an affiliate link to someone's community! Here are 2 simple ways to make money with this affiliate feature: 1) The Pinned Post 📌 You can pin a post in your community promoting someone else's community with your affiliate link. You can then set periodic (weekly) calendar events to promote that post. 2) The JV Workshop 🤝 With the joint venture workshop you can co-host free workshops with another Skool community owner and let that community owner teach the workshop + pitch their low-ticket community (using your affiliate link) at the end so they can get customers and you can earn 50% in monthly recurring commissions from those sales. I've done this before with @Lissa Maris and it worked VERY well for us 💪🏻. The only question is... Are you prepared for this feature? Have you made a list of people you want to promote? A little birdy told me the affiliate feature is coming VERY soon... Get ready!

Why I Never Added Gamification and Leaderboard Rewards
Quite the contrary right. Grinding leaderboards is fun, I'm genuinely obsessed with it. But it definitely does something to you. Sometimes you take it too far. And honestly you lose sight of why you're really doing it in the first place. So instead of adding all of these rewards to my community..... I never added them in the first place. I just focused on building real relationships with my members, and focused on building real culture. I can fully admit that I go to far with the whole points thing sometimes, it does something to my brain and I hyper fixate on it like a cat on catnip but I always come back to earth after the "ryan you're taking to far" crew keep me in check. I'm just a user, I push the boundaries, learn, and adapt. It's part of the process. It just allows me to better run my communities in the right way, and to show up better as a member of my favourite space on the internet ❤️ Do you think the rewards help or detract from your community? p.s 30 days prior to this screenshot, level 1 members were at about 87%, so been working on the intial member journey to help move members through, activity charts shown.

Happy Community Manager Appreciation Day! 💐🙌
You may or may not know this, but today is a special day dedicated to recognizing the incredible work community managers (and all the other related titles) do to keep communities thriving. In a space as large and vibrant as Skool, with nearly 200,000 members, the impact of community managers cannot be overstated. Community managers hold the heart of the community, ensuring its pulse stays strong and thriving. They create a sense of belonging, connect people with resources and ideas, and bring support to everyone in their spaces. To the amazing team at Skool, thank you for all you do to keep this platform running smoothly and for bringing so much value to all of us. Your efforts make a difference every single day. 🙌 @Paul Dittus @Ted Carr @Lily Qi @Erika Kulpina @Eric Rodriguez @Sid Sahasrabuddhe @Lyvia Zenger @Gerardo Patino @Nivas K @Andrew Kirby @Sam Ovens @Nick Guadagnoli @Charaen S @Auston Troyer @Jesse Clark @Kevin Plaut @Wiktor Romanowicz @Matthew Thompson @James Agius @Andy Tonoyan @Sungmin Jin @Daniel Kang (Tagged the team that I know of, because it takes all of you to keep this going!) To the countless community managers here who also pour their hearts into building spaces where people can learn, grow, and connect, thank you for your dedication.
