🌙 For Deeper Peace Over the Body | OPTIONAL NIGHT PROTOCOL — “No Phone After 9PM”
(For those who want to deepen The New Body Installation) This is an optional upgrade, but it will change your entire reality if you commit to it. This will bring you back peace and safety. After 9PM, your avatar should slowly disconnect from “space” (the phones / mental realm) and settle fully back into the Earth realm. The phone pulls your energy upward… into stimulation, comparison, mental loops, and timelines that don’t belong to you. At night, this is the worst time for it cause you want the subconscious to be at ease. The nights is very powerful just like the morning, nighttime should feel like a ritual. Your nervous system uses the late hours to reset, process, and integrate who you became that day. But if you’re scrolling late at night, your avatar: • absorbs other people’s energy • overstimulates the mind • re-enters old timelines • weakens intuition • blocks its ability to settle into safety When you get off your phone after 9PM, everything shifts. Your body slows down. Your energy returns inward. Your spirit actually drops back into the avatar. Your sleep starts to become deeper, safer, and more restorative as well. And most importantly, your new identity installs faster because your system ain’t fighting so much stimulation before resting. Optional Commitment: For the next 16 days, try: 📵 No phone after 9PM. 📵 Keep your phone in another room while you sleep. This keeps you grounded, calm, and grounded into the Earth plane instead of drifting into mental space. If you’re joining this optional rule, drop: “I’m grounding my nights.”

The Safe Body Morning System 🧘🏽👑✨
(This is to be done everyday of the 16 days before 11:30am if possible) 1. 📵 The No-Phone Rising Rule (15–30 mins) Non-negotiable. Rise into silence, & not instant stimulation. You think royalty wake up and hop right on the phone ? This protects: - your nervous system - your identity shift - your intuition - and your new body installation This is step one EVERY morning. Drop: “Phone-free rising.” If you did it today 🔥 2. 🌬️ Peace Activation Breath (4–7–8 Method) This is the breath sequence that will tell your avatar you’re safe. It calms your nervous system, shuts off survival mode, and stabilizes your energy for the entire day. This MUST be done before 11AM each morning. How to do it: 1. Unclench your jaw 2. Drop your shoulders 3. Soften your stomach Then - Inhale through your nose for 4 - Hold for 7 - Exhale out your mouth for 8 Repeat for 4–6 cycles. What this does is resets your nervous system, expands your receiving field, grounds the avatar, & signals deep safety so anxiety can also start to fall off of the body overtime. This breath literally forces your avatar into regulation so the new identity can enter it easier. 1. 🚶🏽‍♂️ Body Activation Sequence (Bring the Avatar Online) Before your mind takes over, your body has to come online. Which most humans don’t do at this day and age, just jump right into mental works. Movement is what pulls your spirit into the avatar so you can actually embody the identity you’re installing into it. So the new you can actually start to come alive. This will ground your frequency into the earth realm more & more. You can choose one of the 3 activation styles below (sometimes I do em all): Option A — Quick Yoga (5min) Perfect for calm energy, rooting, and soft embodiment, also for anybody working on amplifying feminine energy. Just move very very slow, with calm powerful breaths. Option B — The Peace Walk Perfect for presence, & body-awareness. Walk slowly through your home or outside with intentional steps. I would say outside is best but I know it’s cold where some of you are. Feel each foot connect with the Earth. Feel your heal, feel the sole of your feet, every time landing onto the floor.

Delusional experiment!
Hey guys I was originally gonna come on here and ask how to be delusional when you want to do things that require money when you don't actually have the money. So I decided to go out tonight and do what I desire, being delusional as if I have all the money I desire. I'll let you know how it goes...

Update: okay so this experience I learned a lot. My mother ended up giving me the money for my outing. I usually don't like to ask for help because I've done it so much in the past I try to stay away from doing it now. However, on my way I realized that I am abundant I am always gonna be cared for. I am limitless, so there is no need for me to feel restricted in anyway. And the people in my life are here to assist me whatever way that may be and that is apart of my abundance. I am royalty. All this literally hit me cause I was trying figure out how to feel abundant when I don't physically have the money I desire and I realized abundance isn't about money, the universe is always working on my behalf. I fully opened up to people helping me and speaking what I need not out of lack but because people are here to be of service to me. After coming to that realization my mother has been the source of much of my abundance effortlessly without me even asking. Ex. I needed to make my dog's food and I literally waited until she got home didn't stress about it and she brought all the ingredients I needed without me even saying anything. Also that experience made me uncomfortable but I figured all that out and it helped me practice navigating my discomfort and calming my nervous system so uncomfortable situations are important for growth. Also that fact that I am royalty was very clear to me also. I didn't have to open the door for myself at all throughout the night and it just happened that way there was just always someone by the door exactly when I needed to enter or exit.

Recently I been taking slight breaks from this phone ! Like mini detoxes . I’m feelin like I ain’t been the only one.
