Working remotely has great benefits, including being FREE from certain obligations. Sometimes it's great to just step back and take a step and enjoy life with the people close to you. Without being financially free it's often hard to be able to just shut it all off and relax.

For everyone though, the basics matter. Recruiters and hiring managers will make a quick judgement call within the first 10 seconds to continue watching and reach out, or click off 1. Have good lighting 2. Dress well (no sweatpants, laying down on the couch lol) 3. Speak clearly about your exp if you have any. If not touch on what soft skills you have that you can bring to the position 4. Talk about any training/certifications you have and what it entailed 5. Keep it as brief as possible
