A reminder that not every workout has to be pretty. Doesnβt have to be an hour in a nice warm gym. Going away for a couple of days and have had a mad busy day working, but I didnβt want to not get something in. So I did walking lunges in my garden, squats with DBs, kettlebell swings, deadlifts with DBs, sandbag carries (5 rounds of each), then a 3km run. In a dirty jumper and gardening gloves because my hands were absolutely blitz. Get it done regardless of the circumstances and time. And I feel 100x better now after that relatively short workout. πͺ
