If you have a free training/webinar as a lead magnet, what is it? Is it pitch free or do you also use it to promote something? What's been working for you and what hasn't? I'm curious ๐ค
Are you seeing the same success with course and mastermind launches? I've seen a big decline in course and mastermind enrollments. It might just be me but what do you think has shifted and what do you think people want more now? I'm thinking for bite size, specific content and membership maybe? Would love to know what you're seeing and doing right now in the online learning space
Yea, I don't think you're alone with this. I think people are spending way less time in front of their computers compared to 2020-2021, at the same time there's a lot more noise and competition with all the new coaches out there, ChatGPT content etc., and we have a cost of living crisis that makes people very careful with their spending and a lot of uncertainty in the air. So that's the outside that we have no control over, the only thing we can do is adapt. I agree with Christina, I see more lower priced offers, also people reducing their prices. I think the value has to be very clear and specific, then I would still pay a lot. But also, I don't know if I would pay $20k for a group program anymore.
I'm the host of the Blissful Biz podcast and I'm looking for new podcast guests! Iโm right in the middle of pivoting my niche from yoga teachers to women entrepreneurs in midlife. You would either be an entrepreneur in your fifties (or around that) or working with entrepreneurs in midlife. Here you can learn more about me and the podcast (still with the old branding): www.susannerieker.com/podcast Send me a DM if that resonates with you ๐ค
I want to switch up my marketing channels a bit, but I get stuck at the decision if I should start a podcast or if I should focus more on video content on YouTube. Do some of you have experience, which channel can collect high quality leads / build trust better? I would love to get some new perspective on this topic. Maybe I just overcomplicate things in my mind. I have the skills to do both, but just don't know what would be better.
I just took a break from podcasting after 2,5 years. My experience is that the podcast is great for nurturing, but not for audience growth. Google still brings me traffic from blog posts that I published years ago (before the podcast), and even though we created blog posts for each podcast episode they never ranked. Google treats it differently I think. So Iโm also considering going on YouTube, but also blogging again.
Ola creators! Iโm using SquareSpace for my website. Lovinโ it. Butโฆ Itโs not optimal for my seo and conversion (with Facebook ads) anymore. The pages are loading slowly and thereโs nothing you can do about it (except from resizing pictureโs etc). I saw it has something tot do with JavaScript that SQSP uses? Anyway: which platform or builder do you recommend?
