Ladies… it’s time 🙌🏽. We are stepping into a new year soon but we are not doing New Year’s Resolutions. We are doing something more powerful…something more sustainable…something that actually creates transformation. So I’m introducing 🫳🏽 🌅 The 2026 Renewal Reset Series: An 8-week Mindful Monday experience designed specifically for women in their Second Act. Women who are ready to walk into 2026 with clarity, alignment, emotional grounding, structure, and a fully awakened sense of purpose. The same 8-minute standard that helped me get moving again, mentally and physically.
