Just breathe
I haven’t been on here as much as I’d have liked but I was resting and today it just felt right to come able to it. I watched the video with the 1 minute breathe and I already feel more flowing energy.

Day 5-6
I had a trigger and needed to feel safe so I came here went to Day 5-6 didn’t know it was a breathing exercise for calm safe place. I still have some tension afterwards but feel better and calmer and it’s more supportive than the EMDR calm safe place 🌻

Hi Bianca, thank you and humming helps, along with visualization. I tend to learn towards nature versus the light it’s what comes in for me and I use eft tapping. A grounding exercise right before leading into breathing and then grousing may the end.

What are you hoping to get out of this space? I’m most focused on right now is creating a slow but deeply impactful and intentional life.. I’m Stacy and from Virginia. I’ve come to a place that healing should be easier and calmer and it seems that breathe-work is where that has led me. I’ve found just focusing on my breathe and being still when triggered versus processing even with somatic mindfulness I feel better and energized after or more rested. I’m excited to have found a space that offers this.
