We discussed a little bit the way Chiara imagines to set up her Poderosa Community including a B2B network & B2C high-end physical experiences (photoshoots). To start working on her first member relationships I recommended setting up a contact database on Mailerlite or Mailchimp - and she has already a WA Group with all her former photography clients! 🤩 Great start to establish some rituals and start conversations at least once a week. These people will become her "Early Adopters" who will receive special benefits on her community offer. Well done!
