The Problem I Faced As A Content Consumer
Content consumption is a part of synthesizing and we consume a lot of content. It might not be possible to write down notes of every videos and as per me, I only implement the knowledge for once or twice and then forget about the knowledge. I just live in escapism until the problem is vanished or postponed. So, how you guys consume content and implement in your life until the problem is solved? The one technique I just remembered while writing this was to figure out most important and urgent problem that you or your audience are facing and just consuming knowledge about it, implementing it and sharing the one which works for you. But this process will take a lot of time. Do share your process too which might be completely different from this.

@Shivam Jha I used to do mindless consumption but slowly synthesizing is the process which I am following from past few months.
Low energy
UPDATE: thanks for all these replies, I no longer have a problem with low energy, I honestly don't even know what helped me, maybe I started to be more strict with waking up and going to sleep, every day at the same time, and the morning walks, but I'm still open to hear, what helped you guys maximize your energy hey guys, so I need some help and thought this will be a great place to ask it, I have low energy, and I just don't understand why, because logically it feels like I do everything right: - I have 8-9 hours of sleep every day - I go to the gym 3x a week for one hour - I go cycling in nature for 30 minutes every day - I try to eat healthy (no seed oil, sugars, or processed food) - my room has a lot of windows, so I got sunlight in the morning - I don't use any electronics 1 hour before bed and have blue light blockers here is what my day looks like: I wake up at 7 am, sit down in front of my computer work till 12, then I eat my first meal, (so I intermittent fast 16:8) after it I go back and work. at 2 pm I go to the gym, at 3 pm I go cycling and after it, I usually do some work outside for an hour, then I'm in front of my computer till 9 pm, I turn it off and go to sleep at 10 pm I'm a noob when it comes to high performance and energy optimization, but if anyone has solved this problem, and has some expertise in this field, I would love to hear your advice these are my ideas on why I have low energy: - I spend too much time in front of my computer - I only eat 2 meals a day (btw I usually feel this tiredness afternoon) - maybe not enough water? - lack of supplements? - my diet is not good enough, thinking of changing to a carnivore fruit diet also, I don't drink coffee only some green tea sometimes and I meditate, journal, and read before bed, Idk if this helps

@Benedek Santa And what about waking up too early when its dark. And doing the most important task at that time.

@Benedek Santa Because most people are productive and energetic at night. Just an idea but if you sleep cycle is consistent, don't change it. There are other better ways too.

@Massimo Maimeri In short, implement what you learned in some specific work.
I don't felt like recording then I made 11 videos today
okay guys, I just want to share this win, I was always struggling with procrastination when it came to uploading content, the 2 hardest things for me is scripting and recording, and today I woke up around 8:30 am and I realized I have nothing to do, and that I should record some videos I told myself that I will wait a little bit till my brother wakes up because I don't wanted to be loud till someone is sleeping, but after he waked up, I realized, that I just don't feel like to record today so I used a trick: for me recording a podcast episode is effortless, I just press record and speak what comes to my mind, I don't really do it for views but rather for something cooler: I use it to build momentum, if at the start of my day I already have a podcast recorded and uploaded and a newsletter written from the summary of it, I already had a huge win at the start of my day this thing is so small, easy, and enjoyable that I never say that I don't want to do it, and rather I look forward to talking about a topic, I never retake a podcast, I just speak what comes to my mind its the perfect brain dump and content creation exercise after I finished this, and I made my first content of the day, I thought about it, and realized, that I should just record the shorts I planned to record today I recorded 7 shorts that I scripted yesterday and freestyled one after it, I realized, that I already warmed up for creating content, and everything is set up, so I could record the testimonial video that I was procrastinating on and after I recorded that, I had soo much energy that I finished the video I was putting off for the last 3 weeks soo quick hack if you don't feel like creating content: create something small and effortless, that will help with momentum

@Jeff Harrison I published them in YouTube and removed some scrap videos. Though few of them were good enough.
