Welcome to Foundations of Ascension You’ve just entered an amazing space — a community for souls awakening to who they truly are. Foundations of Ascension is a free community for spiritual seekers, truth-tellers, and heart-led leaders devoted to healing, inner transformation, and the rise of a New Earth. This is where your ascension journey begins. We believe that true freedom comes from within — by healing the nervous system, reclaiming your power, and reconnecting to your divine nature. We value: 💠 Courage to feel it all 💠 Vulnerability over performance 💠 Inner alignment over external approval 💠 Presence, truth, and embodied transformation This is a space to learn, heal, connect, and remember — all while being surrounded by others who are walking a similar path. We use breathwork, somatics, energy healing, and spiritual practices to return to our true essence and release what no longer serves. This is the foundation of everything. Community Agreements: 1. No selling, promoting, or DMing members — this space is sacred and not for solicitation. 2. Share from the heart — thoughtful, valuable posts that uplift the collective are welcome. 3. Avoid location-based posts — we’ll share how to connect with local members another way. 4. Support others — like, comment, and show up for each other. This is a co-regulated space. 5. Stay respectful and compassionate — we honor all stages of the journey here. By joining the community, you are agreeing to these values and community agreements. If you do not adhere to the agreements, you will be removed from the group immediately. Your Next Steps: 1. Introduce yourself in the group - what brought you here and what are you excited to learn? 2. Jump into the classroom and begin with the breathwork practices. This is your space to reconnect, rise, and remember. Thank you for being here. We’re honored to walk this path with you.

Hello everyone, I’m Shireen, an energy healer based in Geneva, Switzerland, and I’m so grateful to be part of this space. After falling in love with breathwork, I completed the 3-month Dimensional Breathwork facilitator program with Andrew Genovese, which was a truly profound transformative experience for me. When I came across Jake’s content on Instagram, his message resonated deeply, and I felt an immediate pull to dive even deeper and connect with like-minded souls. Looking forward to sharing this journey and connecting with you all. With all my ❤️ Shireen
